The eclectic menu at Salaam includes traditional and traditionally-inspired dishes from the Middle East, the Mediterranean, the Balkans, North Africa, Thailand, India and Pakistan.
Dairy products, eggs, and much of the produce used are locally raised. Bread baked daily and all salad dressings, felafel, yogurt, and many desserts are made daily in-house at this family-owned restaurant. A variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes are available on the menu and specials list. They use naturally-raised chicken and sustainably-harvested seafood. Many gluten-free offerings are available as well.
