The popular Easter Bunny Train is a sell out every year! It is a newer tradition at the Hocking Valley Scenic Railway, and has become a favorite of kids of all ages.
There are two trains that depart on Saturday, April 20th: one at 11:00 a.m. and the second at 3:00 p.m. Each train travels past Haydenville, before returning to Nelsonville. Along the way back, the train will stop at the Easter Bunny’s secret hiding place where the egg hunt will take place! Areas for different age groups will be set up, and at the announcement to go, all of the kids will take off through their assigned areas and collect Easter eggs. Inside the eggs will be prizes and candy to be picked up at the prize tent. Once all of the activities are completed, everyone will re-board the train for the remainder of the trip back to the Nelsonville Depot.
Duration of ride: Approximately two hours
