Stuart’s Opera House in Nelsonville, Ohio kicks off their FREE Summer Concert Series on Friday, June 24th at 7:00pm with Webb Wilder & The Beatnecks! Before there were Kings of Leon, The Black Keys or Jack White in Nashville, there was Webb Wilder. Rock ’n’ roll from Nashville formed from Mississippi mud and tinged with British mod and bruised by the blues. This music is baptized by Buck and Chuck, psychiatric psycho-rootsy and sizzling, glistening, uneasy listening. On the last Friday of each month from June-September, Stuart’s hosts FREE music on Nelsonville’s historic Public Square complete with a beer garden! This event takes place during Nelsonville’s Final Fridays on the Square so be sure to come early and check out all the great art openings and more around the square starting at 5:30pm, with music starting at 7:00pm. More information is available at (740) 753-1924 or online
