Two city blocks are transformed into a giant craft beer garden and outdoor music festival.

Enjoy dozens of varieties of Ohio Craft beer, dozens of food vendors, an arts and crafts bazaar, and live music all day.

Court Street will be closed from Washington to Carpenter Starting at 2:00 pm for the annual street festival.

Guests will be able to choose from over 25 Ohio Craft Breweries pouring more than 75 unique beers.

Look for the return of some of the week’s favorites.  There will also be 12 Food vendors who will line the street with tasty food for sale to pad your stomach before you sample beers from breweries from around the state (please check back for a full listing of participants).

Of course a street festival would not be complete without entertainment.  This year there will be over 9 hours of entertainment starting at 2:00pm. Some of our local musical favs and a few from beyond the county lines will take the stage throughout the day.  So pull up a chair grab a cold brew and enjoy-

  • 5 PM – 6:30 PM Uncle Larry
  • 6:30 PM – 8 PM Mrs Helen Highwater

Free parking will be available in the city parking garage all day. There are also metered spots around town. If you are able to walk to uptown Athens, we urge you to do so to reduce congestion. One more note: pay attention to the signs in the many small parking lots around town; many are privately owned and will tow unauthorized vehicles. Drink responsibly!

Tshirts, glassware (not allowed for use in the beer garden, just for take-home), posters, and other goods will be for sale on the street. Get them while they last! Cash, credit, or debit accepted.
