This cozy home is about 1500 square feet, newly renovated with hardwood floors throughout. The house is non-smoking and pet free. It’s located on about an acre of land. It’s country living at it’s best but just a few miles from Uptown Athens, home of Ohio University. The wrap around deck is a great place to have your morning coffee, throw down a yoga mat or endeavor in bird and wildlife watching. We have a full kitchen and will provide some breakfast items, snacks & coffee/tea! Don’t be surprised if you see deer in the backyard or a beautiful hawk perched in a tree!  There are multiple raised garden beds with perennial herbs, blueberries and various fruits available, as is season. Help yourself to some fresh dill, basil or thyme!
